A couple of potential improvements: 1) Sevak was not able to speak English very well. We were able to communicate, but with some difficulty. It didn’t affect my experience, but a better English speaker would have made for an easier experience. 2) Note that the event is titled Private Day Trip. The driver is not a guide and if you are expecting a guided trip experience this is not the trip for you. I was fine with my trip and enjoyed it very…”
